Stuffed fruits :
A regional tradition : prunes filled with prune puree . We add some vanilla and apple compote.
We have the traditional metal boxes : 250g / 400g / 550g or the new Ballotin : small carton box.
We filled now also apricots with apricots puree and almonds figs with fig puree and nuts.
We offer fruit nougats. We created the recipe with a handcraft from Montelimar. We send them to him to get insert in the nougat. We have different flavours : prunes, strawberries, mango, papaya…
