FRUITS COATED WITH CHOCOLATE
we are farmer chocolatier. Mrs Claudine Vergnes was the 1st to coat the prunes with dark chocolate in the 80s.
Now, on our chocolate factory we coat all kinds of fruits with milk, white or dark chocolate. But also nougats, salter butter caramel, gianduja...
Prunes stuffed with prune puree is our main speciality. The cream recipe created by ancients is kept secret and didn’t change at present.
Prunes are stuffed one by one. We also have other stuffed fruits :
- Figs stuffed with fig puree and nuts.
- Apricots stuffed with apricot and almond puree.
